WHAT IS CREMATION?

Cremation is an alternative to burial for handling your pet's remains.  The cremation process itself consist of placing your pet into the cremation chamber.  A very intense heat then returns your pet's body back to it's basic elements.  The larger the pet the longer it takes.  Once the process is complete the end results are cremains, commonly refered to as ashes.  The remains will be ground into a sandy powder, which will be placed in the urn.  These cremains can be saved or scattered later.

HOW WILL WE RECIEVE OUR CREMAINS?

Many companies return your cremains in a simple wood, plastic, or tin container, or even a zip lock bag.  We provide a beautifully crafted wood urn with an engraved brass name plate.  The urn is wonderful tribute to the life that touched yours so deeply.  We have other urns to choose from at an additional fee, each urn can be opened at a later date should you decide to scatter your pets cremains over the grounds they loved to play at.  It is a gift from our family to your family at no extra charge.

DO YOU PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF CREMATION?

We provide a nice certificate of cremation.  We also provide a copy of the Rainbow Bridge Poem.

HOW DO WE KNOW IT IS OUR PET'S CREMAINS?

The only true way to know is to witness the cremation.  Secondly you can have confidence in recieving your pet back by using a smaller personal service that only perfoms small number of private cremations per day, one at a time, verses companies that process hundreds of animals a day.  You can also tell by the amount of cremains you recieve. A general rule is you will recieve 1 cubic inch of cremains per 1 pound of body weight.  We gaurantee complete customer satisfation.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE OUR PET CREMAINS?

We strive to return your pets cremains within 3 to 5 days after we recieve your pet.  We feel it is very important for proper closure in a timely manner.  Many of the large companies take 2 to 4 weeks.
